Hello everyone, this is Miles, the founder and CEO of Gotofulfill. a brief introduction to my story, Gotofulfill was founded by me in 2018, it mainly serves dropshippers around the world to provide dropshipping services, most of them are sellers from shopify.
In 2017, at that time, I was still studying in college, but depending on that I was not interested in studying, all I could think about was if I make money, make a lot of money. In this year, I opened my own store on Aliexpress, and came into contact with the cross-border e-commerce industry. While running my Aliexpress, a lot of customers asked me if I have similar products, then I found the products that the customer wanted from the domestic supplier, he was very happy, and then placed a large order with me, which made me very happy, but also made me very excited, smelled the business opportunity, knowing that there will be more people need a variety of products, but not all Chinese factories will sell to overseas, then I started to source the products they wanted for these customers, provide them with quotes, and then help them purchase and package the products from China and ship them directly to their customers. Then later, I know this model is drop shipping, which is crazy, I must focus on this industry,
So, I founded Gotofulfill in 2018, specializing in drop shipping services, at the very beginning, it was two people with my girlfriend doing it day and night.
In the beginning, I didn't know enough about the model, and I have been constantly figuring it out, but of course I'm very grateful to many of my clients, who gave me a lot of support in the beginning. I found out the communication between many factories and their customers is very difficult, the communication efficiency is very low, and if the customers need different products, they need to contact different factories, which is a very complicated work for dropshippers, so I know that they need dropshipping agent very much, which will help them a lot, I understand the difficulties of dropshippers, and I am very grateful to many customers who gave me a lot of support in the beginning. dropshipper's difficulties, so I want to solve the difficulties for them.
So I gave up my Aliexpress store and started to expand my team in order to be able to offer lower prices, higher quality and better service to my customers!
Until now, my girlfriend has also become my wife, and Gotofulfill team has exceeded 100 people! Processing over 15k orders per day.
