Order fulfillment workflow: Auto-upload tracking daily → Purchase order to factory (24hrs) → Factory processing (48hrs) → Delivery to our warehouse (24–72hrs) → Same-day shipment (within 12hrs of warehouse arrival). Couriers collect daily, tracking updates within 12hrs, and customer delivery takes 4–10 business days.
All packages are inspected at our warehouse upon arrival. We check every item—for clothing, this includes loose thread trimming, stain/hole checks, and color/material verification. Real photos/videos are available for detailed checks if required.
We’ll promptly confirm with the factory if the wrong items were shipped. If not, we’ll share real photos of the differences—approve to ship; if not, we’ll source a new supplier or return all products to the original factory for a refund.
Orders can be canceled or products exchanged (e.g., color/size) before shipment—no changes allowed once shipped.

We can source almost any product! Simply send us product pictures or links (Aliexpress, Shopify, Amazon, etc.), along with your target country and daily order volume. We’ll provide a quotation within 24 hours.
Yes! We offer logo printing on products, boxes, bags, or thank-you cards. We can also include custom gifts in each order’s package—just let us know your needs.
We can remove all Chinese text from products and packaging. For example, we’ll replace “Made in China” tags on clothing, or swap Chinese-printed packaging bags for transparent ones.
